Assistance in setting up local sustainable development plans (Local Agenda 21):

To help local government, civil society and community in preparation and implementation of Local Agenda 21, VCED's experts provide services to establishment of the offices for LA21 and vital institutional arrangements for initiation of LA2, overall review and assessment of development strategies and plans under the light of sustainable development view, capacity building and mobilization of community participation in preparing strategic orientation and implementation.
